Nova is a personal software tool built and used only by its owner, (TH3MYSTICMISFIT). It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
What Nova accesses
Nova connects to the owner's own Gmail account with read-only access. It looks at replies to emails the owner has sent, so the owner can see who has answered and who hasn't.
What Nova does with that information
The information is used for one purpose: tracking replies to the owner's own outbound emails. It runs on the owner's personal computer. It is not sold, not shared with anyone, not used for advertising, and not used to train any AI model. No one else, including any human, reads the owner's email through Nova.
Where data is stored
Reply status is stored locally on the owner's computer. Nova cannot send, delete, or change any email.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Nova's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
The owner can remove Nova's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
